About Robert N. Schimmel
Bob has over 35 years experience in U.S. and international finance and capital markets, with an emphasis on securities trading, sales and marketing. This experience was gained first on Wall Street and later in the London financial markets for such firms as Goldman Sachs, First Boston, Union Bank of Switzerland and Bear Stearns. Bob spent 1983 through 1999 in London, England, where he broadened his expertise in international trading and sales, marketing, inter-dealer brokering, and team management.
Bob holds a BA cum laude in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from The Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. He holds both Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations as well as a Florida Department of Insurance Life, Health and Variable Annuity Resident License.
Bob grew up in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been a Florida resident since 2002. He currently lives in Cape Coral, Florida, with his Great Dane Newman.
